Tim Callahan has been a consulting winemaker for over 25 years and currently has clients in Sonoma, Napa and Lake counties. His services include all aspects of production, from vineyard management to producing award-winning wines. Tim heads our operational reporting department, completing and filing all county, state and federal reports for the following agencies: Alcoholic Beverage Control, Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau, California State Board of Equalization and California Department of Food and Agriculture.
Toni Anderson-Callahan has been working in the wine industry for 20 years and has been involved in all aspects of the business, from cellar work to sales. For the last 10 years, she has been the compliance manager for several premium and mid-sized wineries in both Sonoma and Napa Valley. Specializing in winery operations and state regulation she is proficient in all aspects of direct-to-consumer and wholesale compliance. Toni oversees all new state shipping and tax applications, license and permit maintenance as well as reporting.
